Audio and Video Calls

Peer-to-peer (p2p) calls are always end-to-end encrypted. Cloud-connected calls are encrypted to and from cloud servers. Media decryption and re-encryption in the cloud always happen in memory and at the application layer, so we never have access to your calls.

We never store any audio, video, or screen-sharing data from any call unless you turn on recording. We only store data to run the service and improve call quality and robustness for you. No log data is stored longer than necessary to perform analytics to improve service quality.
